Model Simulations

Experiment: xjlak

SST and sea-ice is tctqe HadCM3. Vegetation fractions are no longer prescribed from the HadGEM2 preindustrial 1860 map, regridded and expanded to the LGM land sea mask. Continuation of xgser. Code changes for TRIFFID model tuning exercise. The only effect this should have is on the values used for critical soil moisture value for plants which now has a very slightly modified spatial distribution compared to the original ancil file.
